I just had a chat with this bloke, and it turns out it’s the WWF! He filled me in on the initiatives currently in place for the tigers. Quite an enlightening conversation! :)

I received a call from this number, so I looked it up and discovered it belongs to WWF. If they happen to ring me again, I’ll be sure to let them know that it’s not a good time. I’ll post an update if I have any further encounters with them.

Just a quick note - when we brought up the postcode lottery that WWF collaborates on, she seemed totally clueless about it. We’ve had a look on their official site and, surprise, surprise, it's all there. So, it raises a couple of possibilities: either she’s not genuinely affiliated with WWF, or perhaps she simply didn't register the lottery's existence. Feels a bit dodgy, doesn't it? We found the lottery details right there on their page, so it leaves us scratching our heads a bit. *shrugs*

Could someone kindly shed some light on whose number this is? Thank you!

Received a couple of calls from 02076197595 the other day on my mobile. Given that we’ve never shared our number with anyone outside the family, it’s puzzling-must be some random caller. We decided against answering. It seems odd for an organisation like the WWF to be using this approach. You'd think a charity would make better use of their funds rather than racking up hefty phone bills, which surely could be better allocated towards helping animals instead!

I received a call from this number, but it seems like the individual on the other end was preoccupied, likely in conversation with a colleague. Unfortunately, they didn’t acknowledge my attempts to get their attention.

Blimey! We just missed a call from them about an hour back, how funny! They've clearly been trying to get in touch with you just before us. You see, we had a run-in with them before and ended up unsubscribing a couple of years back. They even had the cheek to ring us up last year, trying their best to persuade us into parting with more cash, and it was all rather aggressive if I’m honest. I really hope we don't go through that rigmarole again, or I'll be seriously questioning why we ever signed up in the first place!

I received a call from a company called Listen, affiliated with WWF. Apparently, if you give them a ring at 0207 619 7888 and provide your name along with your contact number, they’ll stop bothering you with calls.

Today, we had a call from this number that we didn't catch in time. After skimming through previous remarks left by others, we’ve decided to add it to our contacts-now we’ll be able to recognise it if it happens again. Last month, we registered for 'Earth Hour' on the WWF website and provided our mobile number there. Otherwise, it’s only shared with our close family and friends. It seems rather peculiar, particularly in light of the earlier discussions surrounding WWF.

Does anyone happen to know who might be calling from this phone number?

Received a call from some organisation that had WWF in their name. The chap was quite polite and mentioned he would be signing an online petition aimed at helping tigers. Honestly, though, my parents have always been sceptical as these sorts of charities rarely follow through on their promises. It’s worth noting, we’ve just ended our sponsorship with them for the polar bears. Quite peculiar, really, as the contact details differ but it seems a tad too coincidental. Regardless, I made it clear that my folks are OAPs and registered with the TPS. He was quite apologetic and assured me he’d remove their information from the system.

We're continually getting calls from this number, and apparently, the callers claim to be associated with WWF. They asked if we had a moment to chat, but we firmly declined. Despite our response, they insisted they'd call again. Honestly, we don’t recall ever signing up for any WWF-related correspondence, so it’s baffling why they're persisting with these calls. Just noticed another missed call from them on my mobile - 0207 6197595.

Received a call from this number, but they rang our business landline while I was busy and couldn't pick up. So, I called 1471 to find out who it was. It's puzzling why they'd want to get in touch with our company, as we're quite baffled by it.

Just received a rather intrusive phone call from some folks claiming to represent the World Wildlife Fund, trying to solicit donations. I promptly ended the conversation.
