someone said they were from “hello fresh” - i told them “you know this is an uninvited call, right? it’s actually against the law now.” they asked “do you want me to take you off the list?” i said yeah, and they promised they would. cheers. bye then. very polite bloke. fingers crossed the calls stop now.

020 7536 3589 has called me twice within half an hour today and already four times yesterday. It’s HelloFresh again, even though I cancelled my subscription ages ago. They even took money from my account without permission after I’d already cancelled. Totally not on.

I have no clue why Hello Fresh keeps trying to call me, I’ve never ordered from them or signed up for anything. I don’t even answer because I don’t know anyone in London. However, I’ve started checking the number now since they ring so often - today at 1.40pm, yesterday evening around 6.30, and a few other times this week. It’s really annoying! I reckon this is one of those call centres handling tons of customers. Just the other day I ended my HelloFresh subscription, then some woman called Karina kept ringing me trying to get me to rejoin. She left like 6 missed calls over about five days. Fingers crossed they stop pestering me now!
