I got a call from someone claiming to be Loyds Bank, trying to get me to take part in a survey to supposedly access my account. Don’t fall for it - Loyds Bank would never ring you up for a survey like that, and they definitely wouldn’t be calling from an 020 number, which the bank itself confirmed to me. Total scam.
