They asked for our full name and date of birth among other things. As soon as we said no, they started swearing and promptly hung up. Absolutely ridiculous!

I received a call claiming that the bank intended to refund us due to some overcharging. Utter nonsense, if you ask me! They insisted on obtaining our full name, date of birth, and other personal details. As soon as we declined to provide that information, the wretched individuals hung up on us after swearing at us. It was absolutely ridiculous!
