When I did, a guy named “James” came on - sounded middle-aged with an accent that wasn’t quite British, maybe Asian-British, and his voice was pretty chill but kinda hard to catch everything. He asked for my name and some other info, then told me HMRC was going to take legal action because of unpaid taxes.
