Not completely certain if this voicemail came from that number, but I did get a missed call on my mobile just before the message appeared. So I'm guessing it’s the same. I had to listen to it a few times to jot down what it said. It went something like: “Failure to respond to this notice will be treated as a deliberate avoidance of initial attendance before the magistrates, which could result in suspension of your National Insurance number.” Then it mentioned a 'case number' - 2018 8170 - and told me to get in touch with the ‘Investigation Department’ at... but cut off before a phone number was given. The voice was a robotic bloke, the recording was awful and kept glitching. Sounds like a classic scam to me!
