I got a call claiming to be from HMRC warning me about tax issues and possible legal action. It’s a nasty scam trying to get you to press 1 to speak to an “investigator.” I’m retired and just receive a pension through PAYE, so it was obviously a con. Don’t ever hit 1 - just end the call and make sure to report the number to fraud authorities.
