Got a call from someone saying they were "Gracie" from BT, saying our internet speed was lower than it should be over the past few days. I knew straight away it was dodgy cause routers don’t really send reports like that. Told her there was no issue or report coming from our router, and she just ended the call. Definitely a scam.
