They keep calling me like over 10 times a day, really annoying. The people on the other end are quite rude and even swear at me. They claim they're from Opus or something.

I’ve been getting loads of calls on my home phone, people demanding my bank info and other private stuff. I run a business with Opus Electric, so I got in touch with them to check if these calls were legit. Turns out, scammers are pretending to be from Opus Electric, but they don’t even use a London area code. Honestly, it’s scary how these fraudsters get away with this kinda thing. May really needs to step up and do something about it instead of just letting it slide. Honestly, it’s embarrassing how little action is taken!

Really annoying, kept ringing and asking for the boss of the business, saying they were from the electric company. When I told them to stop calling, they were quite rude and refused to take me off their list.

They started off being pushy, wanting all my personal info which I found really rude. I just hung up, but then they rang me back and started swearing, even dropped the f bomb at me! Proper nasty behaviour.

They kept ringing me non-stop, like 5 times within an hour, trying to convince us about cheaper electricity. Wouldn't listen when I said no, just kept on calling. Got so fed up I actually had to unplug the phone for a bit just to stop the nuisance.
