I've just been told our sky cover has lapsed - absolutely unbelievable! I've gone ahead and blocked that number.

I received a call from this number, and the person on the other end claimed to be from Satellite Maintenance Services. The moment they were unable to specify the equipment we had registered, it raised our eyebrows. They only mentioned a Sky+ Box, which just didn’t sit right with us, so we hung up. Not long after, they rang back to chastise us for being rude. When we inquired if they were attempting to sell us a warranty, they claimed they could offer one at a discounted rate. We promptly hung up again. We’re well aware that Sky offers warranties, but it's clear that this company isn’t affiliated with them.
