It's best not to engage with them or share any of your meter information. It’s clearly a bothersome call, and they seem to impersonate various companies. Just a heads-up!

I received this phone number from an energy transfer firm that claimed I’d been charged too much and assured me I’d get my money back. (Not that I’d count on it.) Frankly, it feels like a scam to me. I had a chat with someone named Mahet from the Direct Energy Board, but the London address provided appears to be fictitious.
