Initially, the number displayed as unavailable, but after some back-and-forth, she eventually provided us with the official contact number for their office. Quite the odd experience, I must say!

We've just had a phone call from these folk claiming there's a virus on our home computer - absolute nonsense! The call initially came from an unknown number, but once we asked for details about the caller, they promptly provided us with the exact same number. The person on the other end, who identified herself as Francis, was rather persistent.

From the beginning to the end, these individuals were nothing but deceitful. They claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft and presented their services as complimentary, only to later demand a one-time fee of £80. As soon as we tried to raise a complaint, they abruptly hung up on us every single time we called. It’s infuriating!
