You should really contact the PSA, you know, the Ofcom peeps who deal with premium number complaints. Also, let your network know! I’ve been chatting online with Vodafone not once, but twice, for about half an hour each time. The reps were polite enough but seemed totally useless. They promised a refund, but nothing's come through yet... Honestly, it reminded me of that funny bit in Slumdog Millionaire when they mixed up places: "we are in Britain - just beside Loch Big Ben!" So frustrating!

Got a message saying I should contact the PS authority about an OGC subscription I was supposedly charged for, but I never signed up for anything like that. So, I rang Vodafone straight away to let them know. They told me it’s a scam and have blocked it on their end now. I’ll be keeping an eye on my bills from now on.

When I rang them, they asked for my email and bank details to sort out a refund of £18. The lady on the phone admitted I never actually subscribed, and mentioned their headquarters are in Germany. But when I searched online, I found out they also have an office in London. Does anyone know if anyone's actually managed to get their money back?
