I'm a bit puzzled as I can't seem to locate a proper website for the number we've got: 0208 123 3972. All I get is a recorded message stating, "the person you're trying to contact isn't available," which hardly sounds professional, if I'm honest. It's rather peculiar because they're suggesting they can clear credit card debts after unexpectedly increasing my credit limit without any prior discussion. Quite the odd situation, wouldn't you say?

I'm trying to get in touch with this number. I also tried reaching out via email since I've taken over our credit card claim with Glo Vista Red, who unfortunately went into administration. I've forked out £450 to cover the court fees, so I'm hopeful for some legal resolution.

We had a few different organisations investigate this for us, and it turns out there's no record of a company called Zeltins when you check the Ministry of Justice's website. It gives a clear picture of who is truly licensed to make claims. I really feel for those who forked out the extra £450 to Zeltins. The whole situation felt like a con thanks to Glo Vista Red, and I certainly wasn't keen on getting caught up in that again until we really did our homework this time.

You're certainly not alone in feeling fed up, and trust me, you won't be the last. These companies are quite savvy; they manage to obtain your credit details through seemingly secure sites, and then they ring you up, knowing full well that many will take the bait. It’s a tricky game they play, especially when all you want is a fast track to settling that debt.

I’m a bit puzzled as to why we can’t seem to locate a website for the number 0208 123 3972. All I keep hearing when I ring is a message saying, "the person you're trying to reach is unavailable." That’s certainly not how a professional business should greet callers. On another note, I’m considering disputing the credit card bill, particularly since the charges have increased without any prior notification. Quite frustrating, to say the least!
