I received a rather dodgy call from a robotic female voice claiming to be from HMRC, saying something about tax fraud or an unpaid tax bill. Whether it’s clever trickery or just a nuisance, I didn’t stick around to find out-hung up straight away. It’s quite alarming how frequently these scams have been in the news over the past year. Definitely not falling for that!

This is now the third time I've gotten a call supposedly from HMRC, with a recorded message saying there's an arrest warrant out for me. It's really upsetting. What’s worse, they keep changing the numbers they call from - I’ve seen calls from 02039369792, 02033229786, and now this new one as well. Proper annoying and stressful!

Some bloke named Raj was on the line, trying way too hard with a fake British accent. When I asked where in London he was, he claimed Buckingham Palace! Yeah, right... I ended the call straight away.
