I insisted on speaking to their manager-asked at least five times-yet they hung up on me! I do enjoy having a bit of fun with these scammers.

I asked for a life insurance quote through a website and after he checked the info I gave, the guy was pretty rude. He kept asking why I hadn’t sorted it out when my kids were born 10 years ago. Then, out of nowhere, he just hung up on me.

Has anyone picked up when this number rings? I've had a couple of missed calls from it, maybe a robocall or one of those call centres just checking if the number is active? I usually dont pick up for numbers I dont recognise and they havent left any voicemail either. Been searching online to find out who it could be but nothing turned up. Anyone got a clue who might be behind these calls?

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Royal Mail, stating they had a parcel that was missing the proper address details. They asked to send me tracking information via email or to reschedule the delivery. Sounded a bit fishy, to be honest.

I received a call from someone claiming they had a parcel for me and requested my email address. However, I wasn't comfortable sharing that information with them.
