Also offered an iPad 13 as compensation for overbilling but I needed to answer the next call supposedly from the dispatch department.CallerSKY3 monthsPurportedly a representative from Sky, informing me I am eligible for a discount on my monthly payment. Reduced from £110 to £75, plus a free gift of an iPad Pro - sounds like a good deal! Obviously a scam as I don’t subscribe to Sky. Be wary! They asked for an e-mail address (I gave them a bogus one, I only use for suspicious activity). They sent a few lookalike Sky emails to that account outlining the ‘new’ contract details. They never asked for any bank details…yet.
