These are swindlers operating from Africa! They attempted to pull a fast one, stating that our online order was somehow lost and would be cancelled unless we coughed up our bank details online! Thankfully, I had my wits about me and recognised something was off before they could get to the financial part or ask for confirming information. I promptly rang TalkTalk on their legitimate number to verify that our order was indeed on track, and they confirmed it was just fine! Be very cautious of these con artists; they're incredibly pushy and will keep at you no matter what you say! I told them repeatedly that they were fraudsters, but they continued to deny it.
