Beer 52 keeps calling even after I cancelled my subscription, which is pretty annoying. The beer itself isn’t great quality in my opinion, and for £20-30 each month, you’d be better off just buying from a regular online shop or the supermarket. At least then you can pick what you want and know it’s fresh, not something that’s been sitting around for ages.

Beer 52 is a nightmare, steer well clear. They lock you into a subscription and the only way to cancel is by calling them. Then you’re stuck on hold for ages, like they’re hoping you’ll give up and keep paying. Utterly dodgy behaviour and should honestly be against the law, it’s so blatantly obvious they’re just trying to trap you into staying subscribed.

Beer 52 are complete idiots. Stop ringing me! They totally screwed up my first and only order, then I wasted 2 hours on the phone just to get my subscription cancelled. Avoid them at all costs. Customer service is a joke, only a couple of people answering calls, beer quality is rubbish, and they clearly have no ethics. I was on hold for about 20 minutes on a line they probably profit from. 0/10 all round.
