Someone contacted me claiming I could get compensation for an old car crash. It's baffling, really, especially since I don’t even own a vehicle! So, I’ve decided to cut off all communication.

They rang me saying something about me being involved in a car crash or sumthin. Said they were based in London, but I reckon they’re actually calling from India or maybe the Philippines. Currently in Europe and I’ve stopped picking up unfamiliar London numbers after reading these comments. Just skips the hassle and I’ve blocked a few now. Feels like a pointless bother for most of us, but I guess there’s gotta be some folks who fall for it, or else they wouldn’t keep trying.

Totally a scam about some car accident, I kept these lot on the phone for nearly an hour just making up loads of nonsense. Had a good laugh messing about with them, plenty of free time today! Didnt pick up - rang them back about 7 in the evening - got straight to an answerphone which said it was a London office called Advice Max. never looked for any kinda advice though so pretty sure it's just a dodgy scam. been getting tons of these calls recently.

Just like everyone else, I've been getting calls from this number saying I've been in an accident. If they’d called once and left it at that, I wouldn’t have minded, but this lot clearly have nothing better to do than bother people they reckon are easy targets. They’ve called me loads over the past couple of months and it’s proper annoying, especially knowing there are vulnerable folks out there. They’re only doing it because they want to make a quick buck, and honestly, this kind of thing needs to be stopped fast nowadays.
