Earlier today, I received a call from a woman who seemed to be having a tough time with her English. She was trying to convince me she was representing BT and said she could assist with my broadband issues. It was obvious she wasn’t being truthful, so I decided to cut the conversation short and simply told her not to bother me anymore before I hung up.
