02070 Summary (Read all comments)
Phone number ☎️ 02070 👆 is reported as associated with persistent nuisance calls, often from scammers impersonating official organisations such as police, energy suppliers, or telecom companies. Callers may use automated messages or live agents claiming suspicious activity, loan offers, or service issues to provoke responses. Many recipients report repeated calls at inconvenient hours, hang-ups upon answering, and abuse when engaging. The calls have been linked to attempts to extract personal information or financial details and appear to originate from dubious or overseas sources. Blocking the numbers does not always prevent calls, as they frequently change or come from different, similar numbers. Users are advised to avoid answering, never press numbers prompted by automated systems, and report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Got these calls like twice a month from some dodgy call centre pretending to be BT. They claim BT’s sharing our numbers with scam firms since only BT had my new contact when I switched it on. What’s weird is they start ringing the very next day! Also, even though I’ve blocked the number, somehow it still goes straight through to my answerphone.
Been getting calls from what sounds like a dodgy BT call centre, like twice every month. They reckon someone's leaking our number to bogus firms since only BT ever had my new digits. Weird thing is, the calls started the very next day after I got my number. Plus, my voicemail picks up even though I've locked it on my phone, which is pretty worrying.
Received a call from 0###70 ### (I used BT’s 'last caller' feature to check).
The person claimed to be from BT London, warning that my phone and internet service would be cut off the very next day due to suspicious attempts to hack into my connection.
They gave me a choice between option 1 and 2 - I chose 1. I was then told to turn on my PC, but I said it was broken and that I’ll ring BT directly to verify. Then the caller, who had an Indian accent, just hung up.
