They just keep ringing and when I finally pick up, it takes forever for anyone to say anything, so I just hang up.

Didn’t bother saying hello for the first few rings. Had a really strong Asian accent. When I asked who was on the line, he went straight into some scripted spiel. I stopped him and said I just wanted to know who he was. He said, “Rob” from “eco energy grants.” I told him to do one, quite bluntly, and he just told me “same to you.” Watch out for this one.
