4 monthsSince it was an unfamiliar number, I didn't pick up and there was no voicemail left so I assumed it wasn't urgent. After checking the reviews, I've decided to block the number.4 monthsGot a random call claiming to be EE, saying I’m a loyal customer who always pays on time so they wanted to offer me a big discount, like over 30%, on both my broadband and mobile bills. They then asked me to verify my email and postcode, but I didn’t give anything out because I’ve fallen for scams like this before! This is 100% a scam, trying to collect personal info so they can eventually get into your bank account. Never share your details! If they really have your info, they should already know it - and even then, I wouldn’t trust this number.4 monthsTotal rip off for sure! The person claimed they were ringing from EE, saying I was a loyal customer who always paid promptly so I deserved a bill discount, yeah right. To get the discount, they asked me to confirm my email address. I gave a made-up one at first, but then she insisted on spelling it out. I told her that if they really needed to check my email, they'd have it already and wouldn’t need me to spell it. Ended up blocking the number straight away.EE4 monthsGot a call out of the blue, nobody left a voicemail, feels like it was just another scam attempt.5 monthsGot a call out of the blue and they didn’t leave any voicemail.
