I called this number thinking it was an 02 line like it said online, but they couldn’t get my name right no matter how many times I tried to spell it out. I ended the call hoping they’d ring back. When they did, I asked for my PAC but they didn’t seem to get it, so I hung up again. They kept ringing me a few times though. BEWARE! When I requested the PAC code, they said I’d have to pay £30 to get a new bank card which would be refunded after four days!!! I just ended the call and blocked the number.
