Sky seems rubbish, I wouldn't trust them at all.

I got a call from a woman claiming to be with Sky, saying because I’m a loyal customer, they wanted to offer me a 30% discount on all my Sky bills. She asked me to verify my email, so I gave her a bogus one. She insisted it didn’t match their records, and I said something about my husband handling all that stuff. Then she tried to get me to confirm if I used the Sky app on my phone, which I dodged. I’m definitely going to change my password on the app now, block the number and report this to Action Fraud.
