I got a call from someone saying his name was "Gavin" claiming he was from "O2". He told me my phone network was having issues and that my SIM card was outdated, then said he'd send me a new one. He asked for my email to send details about the call. I asked him what network he was with, and told him I wasn't an O2 customer and to take my number off the list. He hung up, but then rang me again straight away by mistake. Seems like he forgot to remove my contact after all!

I got a call saying they were from O2 and that my SIM would be disabled in a couple of days. Thing is, I don’t even use O2. Felt a bit off, sketchy call if you ask me.
