I got a bad feeling it was a scam, so I ended the call without sharing anything and blocked the number, which was a London-based +44 number. I also alerted O2 about it straight away. My advice is to never hand over any personal info or codes to unknown callers - this felt like an attempt to either hack into my account or set up one pretending to be me.
