Got a ring on my landline from 0204 5871852, but all I got was a click, some beeps, and then silence! Earlier this week, I’d had a call from 0204 5871850 (pretty much the same number, just the last digit changed) which turned out to be some dodgy scam about solar panels. I’m guessing today’s one was probably the same kind of scam trying to come through!

I got a call from a guy claiming to work for some Solar Panel firm in London. He asked if I owned the house, and when I said yeah, he started going on about some special deal just for my neighbourhood and that my place was one of four picked for a discount or something. But when I asked him exactly which area he was talking about, or where I lived, he just ended the call straight away.

Got two calls back to back from nearly the same number, both flagged as scams. It was some recorded message about solar panels, beginning with something daft like "I believe you own the property...". How on earth can they be sure they’re not talking to a kid when we don’t say a word? I’ve labelled it as Harassing because they keep ringing more than once.
