I keep receiving calls from this number around three to five times daily, but they never pick up when I answer. I have no idea who it is.

Received a call from a company claiming I'd won several entries in the EuroMillions lottery, complete with my address and personal info. They assured me they wouldn't request my bank details, yet lo and behold, that was their next request! I firmly declined to share my banking information, at which point the line went dead. The caller had an Indian accent, which only raised my suspicions further. Clearly a dodgy operation!
