I received a rather unexpected call regarding the 777 Lottery, and the voice on the other end had a distinctly African tone. It was definitely uninvited.

Got a call from this number on my phone but didn’t pick up. Tried ringing it back from my home line and at first, some lottery message was playing. Then a guy with a South African accent came on the line but he wouldn't talk through the landline and kept asking for my mobile number instead. I started laughing and he got all quiet. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me.
