Got a call from this really fancy sounding bloke trying to convince me to take some survey about loft insulation, saying mine needed changing. I made it pretty clear it was fine, but he kept cutting me off and kept calling me “madam” like I was daft or something. Told him to stop calling, but he wouldn't listen, so I just ended the call and blocked the number.
