Got a call around 9am on Saturday, some energy company or something. I get these calls all the time and after I asked them politely once to stop, they rang back within 10 minutes. I told the bloke on the line, who sounded Indian, that I was really fed up with the constant calls and warned him if he called again I'd report them for harassment. The line went dead pretty quick after that. I'm pretty convinced this isn't a trustworthy company. Have blocked the number now.

Got a call claiming to be from Sky, saying they were ending my contract because apparently, they sent a letter half a year ago about stopping direct debits. I got a call from 02045773155 while I was in Bournemouth. Luckily, I have BT Guardian set up because I've been getting loads of annoying spam calls lately. So when they rang, I just heard the BT Guardian alert and then the call ended. I checked the number on a few websites, but this one stood out as a phishing scam used by spam callers. I've since blocked it for good. Honestly, BT Guardian is brilliant - it’s stopped pretty much every spam call I've had! Definitely worth having.

A woman called, and when I questioned how she got my details (I’m a former director), she then asked about having a Sky box. I don’t have anything to do with Sky. She ended the call straight away. Pretty clear it’s a scam. This is the fourth time in two days, each time from a new number. From now on, I’ll just let the answerphone take calls because they never bother to leave a message anyway.
