My poor grandmother fell prey to their antics recently. One so-called sales rep, named Malcolm, managed to convince her to buy a dubious product called Happy Flex. She ended up paying an outrageous sum, only to suffer adverse reactions afterward. I've already lodged formal complaints with both the NHS and HMRC about this disturbing situation. Although this company lists its registration in London, the director, Melwyn Fernandes, holds Portuguese nationality. It seems that various overseas scammers are making their way to the UK to perpetrate such deceitful schemes.
