4 years***Warning about a scam*** I found out that the number belongs to Phoenixx Worldwide Ltd. They target elderly people, selling them expired supplements at a high price and pressuring them to give out card info on the phone. My gran got caught up in this recently. The sales rep, called Malcolm, pushed her to buy some dodgy supplement named Happy Flex. After she paid way over the odds, she ended up having bad reactions to it. I've reported this to both the NHS and HMRC. Although the company is based in London, the director Melwyn Fernandes is from Portugal. It seems scammers from other countries are operating here in the UK now too. Trading Standards really need to crack down on firms like these. What’s worse, they use MOTO payment systems to sneak money out of elderly folks’ accounts. Seriously, be very cautious!
