They say they won’t charge anything during the trial but will automatically rake the cash once it ends unless you cancel in time. It sounded dodgy, so I googled the number before doing anything and luckily ended up on this site with loads of alerts about it. Glad I checked first!

Just a heads up, don’t reply to this number. They'll tell you to go to a fake website and try to get you to “cancel your subscription”. If you do what they say, you’ll end up downloading an Excel file that has some kind of executable code inside. I didn’t open it, but honestly, I doubt it’s safe at all. Here’s what the scam email looked like: Dear valued customer, Your premium subscription details: Account number: TB212845208 Plan: Topcashback UK Monthly Premium Purchase date: 06-07-2021 Trial period: 30 days Trial price: Free After the trial, it says it’ll cost £90 per month. They say you won’t be charged during the trial but after that, the membership renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. They ask you to ring +44 20 4577 2584 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, where their ‘customer service’ supposedly helps you cancel. I just got an email from someone named Alva VandeBerg claiming to be from TOP CASH BACK UK LLC. They told me I'm ready to start earning some sort of cashback with them. According to the message, my order is listed as #TS234483712 for £90. It said my bank would get charged £90 once a 7-day trial ends. After that, there's a subscription fee of £90 plus taxes. If I want to cancel, they want me to ring this number: +442045772584. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
