They gave me a UK phone number, and I spoke to a woman called Chloe for a second time. She provided me with a refund number and an address to send the gummies back to. The gummies were called Best Health Gummies and I got a receipt when I posted them back. They owe me £198.78. I’ve informed NatWest about it too. They advised me to contact the company first, which I have done. I sent the package back on 26th October 2021 to the address they gave me: LS Store, P.O. Box 455, Ruislip HA4 4HH. So far, no reply from them, even though they assured me I’d get a full refund. I’ll update if anything comes of it. Ann Harris, Bristol.
