A woman from abroad rang me up, seeming to know my name straight away. She claimed to be from a housing repairs service and insisted that I was expecting some work to be done. When I told her that I wasn't in need of any repairs, she kept going on about whether I had any issues with doors, windows, roof tiles, and all that sort of thing. I kept saying no to her inquiries, and eventually, I decided to end the call.
