Some bloke called Luke from Turnkey Office Solutions rang me, saying he’d chatted to me last year about office space and that I wanted a callback this year. Thing is, I never had any such chat. Plus, when I looked up the company, couldn’t find any trace of it here in the UK. Feels like they're just scraping people’s info from lists. I’m fed up getting these dull calls about office spaces repeatedly.

They’ve been ringing from loads of different mobiles - one showing up as Liverpool, another Birmingham, and a third Manchester - all basically back-to-back. Honestly, these people are proper nasty.

Got a call from a number I didn’t know, so I just ended it straight away. Then they rang back right away, so I picked up just in case it was something about my kids. It was a lady speaking with a really thick foreign accent that I struggled to follow, so I cut the call. She called back quickly and asked why I’d dropped the call. I told her I had no idea who she was. She started babbling about some kind of subscription, but it was so hard to understand that I hung up again and blocked the number.

This lot try to get into your phone account so they can order phones that obviously you’ll never get. Then they’ll pretend to offer you an upgrade but ask for a security deposit, asking for your bank details in the process. Don’t fall for it. It’s a clever scam that also uses emails and texts. These people are properly dodgy. Just block the number - O2, the cops, and banks don’t seem bothered to help.

Got a call from some bloke with a heavy foreign accent saying he was from O2. He was offering a discount on my bill but said he’d need to send me a couple of security codes by text that I had to reply to, plus an email. He kept insisting he had special permission from his managers to sort this out. Sounded dodgy from the start. I told him straight up I wasn’t interested and to stop wasting my time, then I blocked the number. Definitely a scam.
