I've had enough of this nuisance and have gone ahead and blocked the persistent caller who just won’t let up.

I have a strong suspicion that this bloke was attempting to con me. He seemed keen to acquire my banking information-definitely dodgy! He pretended to be from Curry's PC World and threw a load of phony contracts my way.
