I received a call from someone who didn't even bother to use my proper name and started talking about an Amazon business account. Seems very dodgy to me! I mean, if it were truly Amazon trying to get in touch, wouldn't they reach out through their official app? I'm already a customer, after all. It feels like that charming lady on the other end was up to no good!
