I got a call from this number, which seems to be from London. I didn’t know who it was since it’s not saved in my contacts. They didn’t leave any voicemail either. I’ve just blocked the number and removed it from my call history.

Somebody called me saying my name but I just said they must have the wrong number. Fingers crossed I don't get another call from them.

Got a call saying my washing machine's insurance had ended because the 10-year cover supposedly ran out. I've had the machine for well over a decade, so I told them that, and they just dropped the call straight away. Never signed up for any 10-year insurance policy, never even thought about it! The weird part was they knew my name and address. Honestly, these scam calls need to be blocked for good, including the numbers they use. With all the tech we have now, you'd think stopping this stuff would be easy by now!

Got a call from EJ Appliances, they already had my name and wanted to sell me insurance for an appliance. Then they asked for my bank info, which I didn’t provide. Still unsure if it was legit or a scam.

Got a call that lasted just 24 seconds, then they just hung up. No voicemail or anything, so I’m pretty sure it was a scam. I’ve blocked this one and all the similar ones too.
