Got a call from a woman whose English wasn’t great, took a good half minute before the call properly went through after I picked up, which makes me think it’s a cloned number from some call centre abroad. She didn’t say her name or ask mine, just said she was checking if I’m still on the job hunt.

They called asking if I was interested in a job. I’m retired, so I asked them where they’d found my number and told them to take it off their list. I’m registered with TPS anyway, so if they ring again I’ll report them. The only job I’m doing these days is telling annoying calls to jog on.
