This is defo a scam. I blocked earlier calls from 0203 and now 0204 numbers but it's the exact same thing. When I answered, all I got was a voice on voicemail saying hello hello but no one tells you who they are. Sounded like the same person each time. I did use a holiday insurance comparison site this week so not sure if thats where they got my number from. Definitely dodgy whoever they are.

I received a call purporting to be from a repairs team associated with a housing organisation. They inquired whether I required any maintenance work on my residence. However, upon mentioning that I am renting and not an owner-occupier, the caller abruptly ended the conversation. Quite odd, really!

at first they ask if you rent from the council or a housing association then they quiz you about any damp or mould issues the needy might think they’re there to help but trust me they’re not dont give out your personal details and hang up quick
