Today, I received a call from a chap I didn't recognise, and he had a noticeable Asian accent. He rattled off a series of rather intrusive questions, sounding quite jittery as he mentioned some sort of survey he was conducting. It didn't take long for me to figure out that this was just some sort of scam, so I promptly ended the call.

He literally spoke over me, adamantly refused to remove my details, and then had the audacity to tell me to bugger off! I mean, what kind of individuals are on their staff? I’m just baffled by the lack of professionalism!
