Someone rang me saying they were from Virgin Mobile and promised a 40% cut on my bill. The connection was awful, so I ended up just hanging up and blocking the number. Not long after, they called again but from a different number! Classic scammer stuff, always trying to get through somehow.

The woman on the phone was really rude, trying to claim it was a personal call just to reach the director, even saying he told her to call him - which was a total lie. I told her we weren’t interested, but she phoned again, started going on about living in a civilised society, then just hung up on me. If that’s how they treat folks, no surprise they use telemarketing to pitch their business. Honestly, I wouldn’t rely on them to sell sand in the desert, let alone handle my company.
