Got a call from a lady with a Malay accent, sounded like a scam, something about Cabot Capquest. The number wasn’t working when I tried to ring back. She mentioned places like Sudbury, Fordingbridge, and Manchester housing. The line was all broken up and I couldn’t get through to anyone named Tobias or Haela. Felt like a robot scam to me.

I received a call that was completely silent-with no message at all left when my answering machine took over. Quite baffling, really!

Definitely a dodgy outfit! They rang me, insisting it was part of some government survey. Little did they know, they’d picked the wrong individual to annoy, as we've only just had our insulation sorted through the government initiative itself! Silly them for trying it on with someone in the know!

Never share your personal info on a call - legit companies won’t ring you up asking for that sort of stuff. If they do, just hang up straight away. Honestly, it’s safest not to pick up calls from numbers you don’t recognise at all. Real callers will leave a voicemail if it’s important. Always trust your gut instinct on these things.
