They claim to represent Lifestyle UK, yet Lifestyle UK appears to be a reputable business dealing in eco-friendly products. It would be rather unfortunate if a bunch of con artists were to tarnish the good name of such a respectable company. Conversely, if these calls genuinely originate from the Lifestyle UK I stumbled upon, they hardly embody the principles of sustainability they profess. The callers vary; most speak with a British accent, yet it seems they either don't know or simply don’t care that I’ve already been contacted multiple times. What’s more, they have a tendency to hang up abruptly without a farewell as soon as I remind them that this isn’t our first conversation.

On the 18/06, I made a few posts, about a dozen or so underneath this one, laying out the steps to block these scam calls. If all the folks in the UK who get loads of scam texts and calls daily did the same, I reckon we could really put a stop to these rip-offs. Can’t just rely on someone else to fix it. It’s not that time-consuming either. I’ve bookmarked the 'Action Fraud' site and have even shot an email to my MP about it. Doesn’t help if I’m the only one trying though.

Got a call early this morning, and the bloke totally butchered my hubby's name. I told him there’s no one by that name here and he just hung up. What really got me was it was before 9am and my 87-year-old dad was still tucked up in bed.
