Just got a call from a bloke named Mr Ali today. He asked if this was still my number - funny, since he was calling on it - and if I still lived at the address he mentioned. When I said yes to both, he went on to ask if I paid BT by direct debit. I said yes, then he started saying my card was about to expire. That’s when I told him to buzz off! I don’t even pay direct debits with a card, so clearly a scam. The number was unknown to me before, but it’s blocked now. WATCH OUT, THEY’RE TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Got a call early this morning, around 6.50 am, and then again about 7.30. Heard an Asian voice say "hello" before they just hung up. Bit odd, really.

I’ve had about enough of these bloody scam calls. Honestly, if the authorities managed to catch these lot, they should lock them up in the middle of town for everyone to see. I’d set up a stall selling mouldy fruit just to chuck at them, make some cash while at it!

Got a couple of calls from 02045201294 today. When I answered the phone, a woman claimed to be with Sky, saying there was a problem with my internet speed. She asked me to check my router and even wanted me to switch on my computer, but I wasn’t having any of it and just ended the call. After looking up the number, I saw loads of similar reports. Clearly just another scam trying to catch people out!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky Broadband, this lady with an Indian accent telling me my router’s been having slow speeds over the last week. Absolute nonsense! I run speed tests all the time and it’s been fine. Also, I didn’t think ISPs ever actually ring up customers about problems? Played along for a bit just to see where it went, then quickly got fed up and ended the call.

The caller had a quick conversation, but I couldn't quite catch what he was on about. He had an Indian accent, if I’m not mistaken, and he ended the call after just a couple of words... This marks the second time today I've received a call from an unfamiliar number. The first one claimed to be from Sky Broadband, which is amusing considering I don’t use their service! That bloke sounded Indian as well. Quite the peculiar coincidence, wouldn't you say?

So I got a call with loads of background noise, sounded like a call centre, and some bloke saying his name was Alton and that he was from BT Openreach. I wasn’t having any of it and told him "You're not from there, mate, why not find a real job?" before putting the phone down. Not surprisingly, he never called me again.
