I reckon this could be one of those surveys for loft insulation, and I have a sneaky suspicion that it’s just a prelude to a sales pitch once you’ve filled it out.

Received a rather curious phone call regarding our recent loft insulation installation. They issued a cautionary note about potential mould and condensation issues, yet reassured us by stating they'd be sending someone over for a complimentary survey. It raises a few eyebrows, as I plan to check with our roofer on how this individual managed to acquire our number; after all, the work has only just been completed, and the scaffolding is still up! Interestingly, our neighbour is undergoing a similar roofing and insulation project, so I’ve given her a heads-up that she might receive a similar phone call.

Received a dodgy call regarding roofing services. They're clearly trying to snoop around for personal info-crikey knows what could unfold if you were to let one of their chaps come round!
