I quickly cut the conversation short and decided to call the number back shortly after. To my surprise, it was the same individual who had previously contacted me, insisting they were from 3 Mobile sales. That struck me as rather odd-surely, with a large call centre, it’s unusual for one person to answer multiple times? I decided to try again, and this time, a different voice greeted me, declaring I was connected to Radio One sales.
